Plan Design
Working with our clients, Cammack LaRhette helps identify the goals and objectives of revising plan designs as we analyze current networks, benefit levels, employee participation levels, and employee contribution amounts. We determine potential areas for improvement and we develop cost-effective plan designs to satisfy these goals. Our experienced Health & Welfare staff provides financial modeling of benefit options for clients to fully understand the savings or costs associated with specific benefits. We also advise management about state and federal regulations and changing benefit trends, such as consumerism, that impact plans.
