Cammack LaRhette provides complete compliance oversight for clients in all aspects of health & welfare plan operation. When we begin an engagement with a new client, we carefully examine eligibility rules and compare them to all contract provisions. We also conduct a compliance review of all 5500 Forms, SPDs, and relevant nondiscrimination testing completed for the past two years.
We provide our clients with assistance in meeting requirements relating to IRS law, DOL, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA and any unforeseen plan compliance issues that may arise on a daily basis.
