Cammack LaRhette works with clients to create Business Process documentation, capturing the focus of the HR professional to validate or create each process. By documenting Business Processes, we produce a Process Manual for training employees in using processes that are consistent, repeatable, and predictable. Once Business Processes are developed, we also provide audit services to ensure compliance and satisfaction as well as any process revisions that may be needed.
